Removal of the Web basket for account holders.
In order to improve the user experience on the CHG website, the Web Basket has been removed from the e-Registry portal. Up until now, items would be placed in a user’s Web Basket and the user would then be required to confirm the purchase of those items placed in the Web Basket. Now, when selecting an item to purchase, users will be prompted to confirm their purchase and will be taken directly to their new purchase in their Personal Folder.
Items in the Personal Folder will remain available for download for a period of 30 days. CHG strongly recommend that you download your purchases to your computer or other device for safekeeping.
